The BSA leads the requirements collecting process, which includes risk analysis, as-is and to-be process documentation, and is agnostic to a specific technology solution. The BSA examines technological solutions to ensure they are in accordance with business processes and objectives. The BSA coordinates the entire UAT cycle. The BSA creates an organizational change management framework as well as acceptance criteria for group/functional success indicators.
Coordinate projects by developing detailed plans to achieve objectives and overseeing the integration of technical efforts. Clients should be shown and explained proposals, reports, and findings. Employees may be recruited, assigned, directed, and evaluated, and the development and maintenance of staff competency is overseen. Analyze technology, resource requirements, and market demand to plan and assess project feasibility. Manage and plan program-wide communications.
