The Business Systems Analyst works with the Product Owner to develop requirements, business value scoring, and success measures. The BSA leads the requirements collecting process, which includes risk analysis, as-is and to-be process documentation, and is agnostic to a specific technology solution. The BSA examines technological solutions to ensure they are in accordance with business processes and objectives. The BSA coordinates the entire UAT cycle. The BSA creates an organizational change management framework as well as acceptance criteria for group/functional success indicators.
